01 / GET CONNECTED
Connect to Odoo.
You’ll need access to an Odoo 14–20 server and an Odoo user with the appropriate permissions. Community editions have been tested; Enterprise-only modules and custom configurations require their own checks. If your organisation manages your connection, ask its administrator for the details.
- Create a named connection profile.
- Enter your HTTPS server address and exact database name.
- Use username/password on Odoo 14–18. On Odoo 19 or 20, use username/password or an API key where the required API is available.
- Run the connection test, then save the profile.
- Select the company you want to work with.
Use your organisation’s approved account. Keep passwords and API keys private.
02 / YOUR ACCESS
Find the right tools.
Available tools follow your Odoo modules, company and user permissions. Your administrator can grant the Contacts, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing or Accounting access you need.
If a tool is missing, check your selected connection and company before asking your administrator to review your permissions.
Explore the feature directory ↗03 / WORK WITHOUT A SIGNAL
Keep pending work safe.
Cached customers are available to read offline. To Dos and supported job photos, signatures and documents can wait in an encrypted queue for your next connection.
Reconnect and review pending items or conflicts in Administration. Sales, stock, purchasing, accounting actions and private-chat sending require an online connection.
Sync or review pending changes before clearing app storage or uninstalling.
04 / PRIVACY & DEVICE CONTROLS
Choose what’s visible.
Manage notification permissions in Android settings. Use the app’s privacy screen and sensitive-section locks where needed, and review lock-screen and home-screen widget visibility.
Connections and credentials belong to the device profile. Removing a saved connection does not delete the Odoo account or the organisation’s records.
